Risk Strategies Company Announces the Hire of Melissa S. Masles as Chief Operating Officer for California Operations

Masles as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for California. In this role, Masles will have operational oversight of Risk Strategies' four offices in California. She will focus on deepening the firm's regional capabilities and accelerating its growth trajectory. She will be based in the firm's San Mateo office.
Masles brings significant management and California market experience to this new role. After a successful career as an executive with Chubb and as Senior Vice President for Western Zone Personal Insurance, Melissa served for over five years as Chief Operating Officer for Networked Insurance, a commercial and personal lines aggregator based in California.
