The principals of a highly specialized Employee Benefits firm with deep expertise in both broking and consulting were contemplating their agency’s future. They had contemplated an internal perpetuation plan, but ultimately wanted to review alternatives through an external sale.


In talks with Risk Strategies, they explained their hopes for their business and people. We listened closely and looked at how their business would match with ours. Brett Pollak

Senior Managing Director

Brett Pollak joined Risk Strategies in 2007 through the acquisition of his company, Pollak Associates. Brett has over 20 years of Production, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Senior Management experience. Brett is a member of the RSC Leadership Group as well as the Executive Growth Council and plays key roles in both the Healthcare and Employee Benefits practices. In addition to a Property & Casualty License, Brett also holds Life Accident & Health, Series 7 and 63 Licenses.
