The RSC Charitable Foundation recognizes RSC's social responsibility and is playing an important role enhancing the quality of life for individuals in the broad RSC community. The Foundation's mission is to provide financial support for programs, organizations and/or families in the communities where we work and live. In addition to financial support, the Foundation encourages active participation by RSC employees in community involvement.
Grants are made in two main categories recognizing volunteerism and other positive factors that can impact our communities. The Foundation makes donations in support of employee volunteer activities. Additionally the Foundation gives grants supporting RSC employee fundraising charitable activities. The Foundation matches money raised by employees.
The Foundation focuses on our respective communities where we live. We are all surrounded by people, families and groups that have some special needs. The Foundation is a vehicle to help the communities that surround us.
RSC contributes to charitable endeavors directly and indirectly as a corporation and through its employees. To that end, RSC has formalized its charitable giving activities by establishing a not for profit organization, RSC Charitable Foundation (the Foundation). The Foundation is a legal Massachusetts entity qualified under 501(c)3, which is a non-profit organization.
